Many people around the world struggle with their sleep. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been shown to be very effective in alleviating issues with sleep. In TCM there can be a variety of causes of your sleep problems that we can help with. In a research study (link below) they discuss the benefits of acupuncture on treating insomnia. While the study does state there is a need for larger and further study, the benefit of acupuncture on sleep is shown.
