Not all plans will have acupuncture coverage. In order to best serve you, I can verify if your insurance plan has acupuncture benefits before you arrive. Please complete the online form below. For those on Medicare or advantage plans, I would not be able to bill your insurance. Medicare does not let me bill or register as a provider. Most advantage plans follow those guidelines and means, I can not bill those either. You can get superbills to submit claims yourself for the appointments but you will be responsible for the full fee. Sorry for any inconvenience.
