Here at Mended Roots Acupuncture and Wellness we accept and bill insurance!
To verify your coverage please fill out the form below. Not all plans will have coverage but more and more have began to cover acupuncture. Just fill out the form below and within a week we should be able to verify benefits and inform you of possible coverage.
Due to complications with billing, unfortunately at this time we would not be able to bill for Medicare and most Medicare supplemental plans. Feel free to fill out the form below and we may be able to find out if we can accept your insurance.
