We offer 90 and 60 minute acupuncture appointments. The focus of these appointments can vary greatly depending on your needs and goals. 90 minute appointments are typically used on the first appointment to allow for ample time to discuss your overall health. Follow up appointments tend to be 60 minute appointments.

We offer Chinese medicine consultations appointments for those looking to use herbal supplements to better their health. These can range from personalized herbal formulas to premade convenient pills and tinctures. Please note you can get herbal products with any acupuncture appointment as well.

We currently offer mindfulness mediation instruction. It can be for 1 or more people with our certified mindfulness mediation instructor. Group mediation classes starting soon.

Our newest addition is our infrared sauna. This can be a great tool to use in addition to other services or all on its own. Whether you are looking to beat the winter blues, simply relax for a while, or to use the many benefits for specific goals, this could be a great addition to your wellness routine.
